College Presidential Campaign Will Reach Climax With Polling Today

The Republican Club believes that the following qualifications make Herbert Hoover the outstanding candidate for the presidency.

1. Herbert Hoover is and has been for a long time in close touch with many different parts of the country, and is therefore well-fitted to deal with the various problems confronting a president.

2. He has held important executive positions in foreign countries. European and Asiatic, and understands conditions abroad as well as at home.

3. He has served as member of the President's cabinet and is acquainted with the handling of national affairs.

5. He is cognizant of business conditions in the United States.

6. He has had personal experience with all sides of the Farm Relief and the St. Lawrence Waterway situations.
