Nine petitions for nominees for Senior class offices had been handed in to the nominating committee by 7 o'clock last night, the closing hour for nominations.
The additions to the nominees whose names have been already published in the CRIMSON are as follows:
For Class Secretary
Charles McKim Norton of New York, Richard Fullington Stevens of Elyria,--Ohio.
For Class Day Committee
Edward Fuller Fitzhugh, Jr., of Boise, Idaho.
Edgar Ward LaDue of Hoopwell Junction, New York.
Thomas Francis Tucker, Jr., of Newtonville.
For Album Committee
Arthur Harold Harlow, Jr., of New York.
William Rupert Maclaurin of Boston. Paul Albert Newsome of Loraine. Ohio Robert Reinhart of New York.
No more names can be added to the ballot, which will be voted on next Tuesday. There will be but one day of voting and booths will be maintained in Harvard, Sever, and Pierce Halls. In Harvard and Sever Halls Seniors, whose names are included in the list of those eligible to vote, may cast their ballots at any time between 9 and 4 o'clock. In Pierce Hall the booths will be open only from 9 until 1 o'clock.
The position of Class Secretary is a permanent office and the holder of the office has several important duties including the supervision of the yearbook. The two men who act as a Class Committee also hold their position permanently and have the task of organizing the class reunions. The Class Day Committee is a temporary body composed of seven men who plan the festivities of Class Day. The Album Committee has personnel of five men who compile and edit the Class Album.
