Below are listed the returns of the Presidential nomination poll conducted in six colleges and universities. These results mark the first indication of the trend of student opinion regarding the Presidential timber.

The University of Cincinnati, Cornell, the University of Kentucky, Middlebury, New York University, and the University of Pennsylvania contributed to the survey.

The remainder of the 15,660 votes were scattering. Senator Heflin of Alabama got one vote.
