TENNIS SQUAD TO ENGAGE WITH FAIR SEX IN TOURNEY

The University tennis squad will compete in the National Indoor Mixed Doubles tournament which opens today on the Longwood covered courts at Chestnut Hill.

The team will not compete as a Harvard unit since the tournament is a series of matches between mixed doubles, but is entered individually. The squad, which has been practicing on the Longwood courts, has abandoned its sessions during the week of the tournament.

The members of the squad who are entered for the tournament are Captain B. H. Whitbeck '29, J. H. Appleton '29, C. R. Hamlin '30, M. T. Hill '30, Arthur Ingraham '30, and E. B. Ward '30. Ogden Phipps '31, captain of the Freshman squash team, is also entered.
