The schedule of events for Commencement Week was announced last night by Hamilton Heard '28, chairman of the Class Day Committee. With several minor changes the program is much the same as that of former years. Circulars with details concerning Class Day and the Senior Spread will be received by Seniors on May 1.
Following is the program for Commencement Week:
Sunday, June 17
4 o'clock--Baccalaureate sermon by President Lowell, with Professor E. C. Moore conducting the service. Following the service will be a reception to the Senior class by President Lowell, at 17 Quincy Street.
Monday, June 18
9 to 3 o'clock--Senior Spread and Dance in Memorial Hall.
Tuesday, June 19
Class Day: 9.30 o'clock--Senior class Chapel Service in Appleton Chapel.
11 o'clock--Sanders Theatre Exercises: Oration, Barrett Williams '28; Poem, C. C. Abbott '28; Ode, J. C. Dreier '28; Professor Moore officiating.
3.30 o'clock--Tree Exercises.
4 o'clock--Stadium Exercises; Ivy Oration, E. F. Clark '28; Cheering; Presentation of Class Banner to 1931; Singing; Confetti Battle.
8 to 11 o'clock--Dancing in Memorial Hall.
9 o'clock--Singing by the Glee Club on the steps of Widener Library.
Wednesday, June 20
3 o'clock--Harvard-Yale baseball game at Soldiers Field.
Thursday, June 21
Commencement Day: 9.45 o'clock--Commencement Exercises in the Sever Quardrangle.
Friday, June 22
11.30 o'clock--Phi Beta Kappa Oration and Poem in Sanders Theatre.
9.45 to 5 o'clock--Harvard-Yale crew races at New London.
