Third Group of Law Courts Will Argue on January 30

The third group of First Year Law Courts will receive their facts today. For these clubs, briefs are due on January 23 and the oral arguments will be held at 7.30 o'clock on January 30 at the places specified. In the summary below, the plaintiff is the first named club, the defendant the second.

Twenty four courts have already gotten their assignments. Docket number 25 is the Austin Club (Webber, Dexter) versus the Chafee Club (Brennan, Lansden). Meeting at Austin Hall East with K. D. McCracken 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 26 is the Birkenhead Club (Kirkpatrick, Rinehart) versus the Blackstone Club (Bishop, Andrews). Meeting at 1590 Massachusetts Avenue with E. P. Baker 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 27 is the Bracton Club (Feighan, Lafferty) versus the Lincoin Club (Doyle, Hardwicko). Meeting at 18 Ware Street with David Teitelbaum 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 28 is the McKenna Club (Phelan, Shocknesay) versus the Coke Club (Beach, Lunger). Meeting at 42 Kirkland Street with E. H. Breuer 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 29 is the McReynolds Club (Carpenter, Grossman) versus the L. Martin Club (Brown. Delafield). Meeting at 19 Winthrop Hall with D. L. Bugg 31 as chief justice.

Docket number 30 is the Nelson Club Unkovic, Harnish) versus the M. Mitchell Club (Guernsy, Jones). Meeting at 1727 Cambridge Street with J. J. Verdon 3L as chief justice.
