Hemenway Gymnasium will be the scene of the climax of the wrestling season when the finalists from each of the eight classes meet this evening at 8 o'clock for the University championships.
A large number of aspirants turned out for the preliminaries at the start of the week and have furnished some exciting bouts. Three matches are counted upon to attract especial interest tonight. Former Captain Joseph Lifrak '29, who usually wrestles in the 145-pound class, will face W. W. Mein '32 in the 165-pound class. The unlimited bout promises plenty of action when P. N. Vonckx '31 opposes the new captain. Nathaniel Warner '30. The 115-pound engagement sees C. G. Chase '30 facing Crispin Cooke '32, both have performed notably this season and are in top form.
The bouts will be as follows:
115-pound class: C. G. Chase '32 vs Crispin Cooke '32.
125-pound class: J. H. Burns '29 vs. M. de J. Manduley '31.
135-pound class: H. M. Kullman 21, vs. M. Kurmitsky '30.
145-pound class: J. E. Evans '30 vs. C. N. Levine '30.
155-pound class: A. W. Kelsey 3G. vs. W. A. Robinson '31
165-pound class: Joseph Lifrak '29 vs. W. W. Mein '32.
175-pound class: A. L. Kaufman '29 vs. T. Norman '30.
Unlimited class: P. N. Voncks '31 vs. Nathaniel Warner '30.
