TRAINER ELECTED TO HEAD JUNIORS

Results of the Junior class elections were given out last night by B. H. Ticknor '31. John Newlin. Trainer. Jr., of New York City, was elected president; Richard Chanler Aldrich, of Barrytown. New York, vice-president; and Stephen Pierce Duggan Jr., of New York City, secretary-treasurer.

Voting was accomplished by a preferential ballot. Of the 314 cards returned 22 were thrown out because they were improperly cast.

In the vote for the presidency Trainer and T. W. Dunn ran the closest race, the former winning 618 points, while Dunn gained 642. E. H. McGrath came third with 822 points and F. M. Pruyn was fourth with 828.

Aldrich won the vice-presidency by a greater margin, receiving 559 points, while J. W. Hallowell came second with 683. E. J. Des Roches was third with 768, and E. B. Murphy fourth with 890.

Duggan was elected secretary-treasurer by a margin of 32 points. He received 513, with H. W. Sibley getting 545 and E. K. Straus 622.
