2000 DARTMOUTH ALUMNI MISS OUT ON APPLICATIONS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The announcement made yesterday that the Dartmouth applications for the Harvard game of October 25 have been over subscribed by a total of 2000 applicants gives some indication of the popularity of this game among alumni of both institutions.

Despite the fact that there is no public sale of these tickets, the block of 22,999 seats allotted to the Hanoverans has been insufficient to meet the demands. From a Harvard standpoint, the applications just equalled the number of seats available, and totalled 34,480. The large over subscription at Hanover is unprecedented in Big Green history.
