ADVISORY COMMITTEE FORMED FOR CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM

First Set Up a Year Ago Through the Efforts of Dean Donham

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The appointment of five men to assist in the work of the advisory committee of the Business Club on constructive criticism was announced yesterday by C. R. Barrow 2G.B., chairman of the committee. The appointees, all second year men, are: Huntington Biatchford, H. H. Frank, E. H. Marx, C. M. Poston, and A. F. Kindall.

The function of the committee, which was set up a year ago largely as a result of the efforts of Dean Wallace B. Donham, is to act as an intermediary between the students and the faculty. If a majority of the committee feels that two much time is spent in a certain class in questioning of the students, that the professor in charge does not give adequate explanations, or that the assignment of written reports is too heavy, this opinion is transmitted to the faculty member concerned via the dean's office.
