1934 TEAM TO SHOW IMPROVEMENT PLAYING WENTWORTH

Tonight at 8.45 0'clock in the Armory of the 101 Engineers, New York City, the University basketball team will meet the C. C. N. Y. team in its third game this season.

Their opponents are strong, being in the middle of a season which started early, but the Harvard hoopsters have two victories behind them, and have shown steady improvement. Coach Wachter's only worry is the possible effect the train trip may have on the squad; the danger, however is small.

This afternoon at 4.30 o'clock, the Freshman team will encounter Wentworth Institute in the New Indoor Athletic Building. Both teams have lost their recent games, but Coach Wachter is hopeful that careful drilling in the fundamentals during the past few days has weided the 1934 quintet into a more formidable unit than it was in last Tuesday's game.

The University lineup will be Holland l.f., Pattison r.f., Sponaugle c., Farrell l.g., Hageman r.g. The Freshman starting team is as follows: Murray l.f., Levin r.f., Ferriter c., Lockwood l.g., Nevin r.g.
