About two hundred first year men are expected to report today, a number which will be cut to approximately 60 at the end of the week. All men who are not retained on the Freshman squad go to another group of coaches and make up the Dormitory squad. This division is never final, however, and in ease a man who is dropped to the Dormitory squad in the first cut shows that he has first team ability, he will be reinstated.
Freshmen who are planning to come out should get equipment this morning or at 1.30 o'clock at the Dillon Field House.
