ELECTRICAL EXPERTS TO HOLD ANNUAL MEETING

A fourth annual meeting and conference of the Committee on Electrical Insulation, and of the National Research Council will start this morning at 9.30 o'clock when approximately 90 delegates from universities and electrical companies are welcomed by President Lowell in room 110, Pierce Hall.

The various sessions that are scheduled for today and tomorrow will be for the purpose of describing experiments on insulating materials and tests that have been made during the last year by the universities and companies represented.

Besides the three technical sessions that will be held, Dr. J.B. Whitehead of Johns Hopkins University, chairman of the committee will make a report, and K.T. Compton, president of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, will give an address on "The Distribution of Electricity in Molecules" after the dinner tonight at the Faculty Club.

The technical and general meeting this morning will include short talks by Professor J.C. Slater of Technology, J.B. Miles Jr. of the DuPont de Nemours Company, with F.M. Clark of the General Electric Company presiding.
