SUPERIOR COURT UPHOLDS COOPERATIVE IN LAW SUIT

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Superior Court has entered a decree in the suit in Equity brought by the Student's Laundry as plaintiff against the Harvard Cooperative Society. The decree confirms the Master's Report, which was favorable to the Society, and dismisses the plaintiff's bill, which charged the Cooperative Society with unfair competition.

According to the protest field by the plaintiff, the defendant has throughout the past year copied trade names and methods, originated in the Square by the Student's Laundry. The plaintiff based its case on the claim of property rights.
