By defeating Phillips Brooks House, 14-0, yesterday afternoon, the Winthrop Puritans won the top position in the House football league from Adams House, who has held it since the opening of the season. The other game of the day was played between Dunster and Kirkland Houses, and ended in a 7-0 victory for the first.
