Fourteen scholarships and fellowships to students in the Law School for the coming academic year totalling $8,675 or about $800 individually were announced yesterday. The list includes two grants which will make it possible for two foreign students, one from Paris, J. J. Barbey, and one from England, John Meryn Jones, to study here for a year. The scholarship holders include three men from both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, two each from Illinois and Missouri, and one each from Virginia and Wisconsin.
