Taylor Cole Gave Address In Leverett On Thursday

Discussed Position of Hitler and Nazi Party in Germany

Mr. Taylor Cole gave an interesting address on the labor situation in Germany Thursday night in the Leverett House Common Room. After emphasizing the omnipotence and ubiquity of the National Socialist Party under the leadership of Hitler, he went on to trace the rise of a definite labor organization. The new Labor Front in Germany, composed of laborers, employees, and employers, has already gained the membership of the majority of industrial and agricultural interests. He also brought out the fact that while it is difficult to prove that Hitler is dominated and supported primarily by the large financial interests, the appointment of former employees and laborers to positions of responsibility and leadership in the Labor Front, make it possible to support the thesis that Hitler is distinctly favorable to the laboring interests.
