NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Paris. March 6--The foreign office again has obtained credits of 33,000,000 francs ($2,167,440) for the dissemination of propaganda and French news in North and South America, it was revealed today.

The Dariac report last year stressed the insufficiency of French propaganda and urged the creation of a superior council of propaganda, and the flooding of the American continent with newspaper and wireless propaganda, sending speakers, emissaries and films.
