PIERIAN SODALITY TO PLAY BEFORE POMFRET

Selections From Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart Included on This Evening's Program

Thirty-five members of the Pierian Sodality will journey to Pomfret Connecticut tonight, where for the first time they will present a concert to the Pomfret School.

The program which includes selections from the works of Bach, Beethoven, Mozart and Wagner, will be featured by the playing of Parry's Jerusalem accompanied by the Pomfret School Glee Club. The program follows: Overture to Egment  Beethoven Tower Music (for brass instruments only)  Pezel Mozart Symphony -- First Five Movements March from Tannhauser  Wagner Choral Prelude  Bach Jerusalem  Parry
