GERMAIN GLIDDEN WINS NATIONAL SQUASH TITLE

German G. Glidden '36 because the National Squash Champion at Hartford yesterday by defeating Andrew C. Ingraham '31, of Cleveland in three out of four games.

Forcing the issue throughout the match, Glidden was in danger only in the second game when his opponent's soft lobbing and easy drop shots appeared to upset the Crimson star, but the rallied and ran out the last game and a half with little difficulty.

Philadelphia Too Experienced

Having defeated the New York team in the semi-finals on Sunday, the Varsity five man team found the Philadelphia representatives too experienced and fell by the score of 4-1 yesterday. Captain E. Rotan Sargent won the only match for the Crimson.
