JOHN HARVARD, LOCOMOTIVE CHEER MAKE BROWN DEBUT

A new Harvard cheer made its appearance at Saturday's game when leaders called for a Harvard locomotive. Starting from the band, prepared in advance, the yell spread quickly through the stands.

There was some uncertainty on the cheer's conclusion. Actually the cheer leaders called for two locomotives, followed by team, team, team.

Also making an appearance for the first time was John Harvard himself, alias Dario Berizzi. John sauntered in before the game leading Handsome Dan, a native of New Haven, by the tail.
