Persian paintings now temporarily at the Fogg Art Museum will continue on display until a now closing date, November 22.
This is a loan exhibition, made up of old Persian miniatures, pottery, and sculptures. The painting in the miniature pictures is characterized by exquisite detail work and color.
One of the most valuable items in the collection is a famous thirteenth century volume, the "Description of Animals."
