Newly elected members of the Harvard Guardian Business Board were announced yesterday by Jack D. Andrews '39. Business Manager. They are: Gardner N. Stratton '39, Circulation Manager; Henry W. Riecken '39, Advertising Manager; John F. Grindle '39; Harry R. Harwood '39; J. Geoffrey Levin '39; George W. Phillips '39; Robert E. Strider '39; Harold L. Stubbs '39; Richard H. Sullivan '39; and Richard Witkin '39. Additional members will be elected immediately after publication of the first issue.

A prospectus containing comments upon the enterprise by social science authorities, together with a schedule of radio talks to be given over WAAB by faculty members has been mailed to undergraduates, alumni, and men in public life. The ranks of the Guardian Graduate Advisory Board, chairmanned by Walter Lippmann '10, have been strengthened by the enlistment of Charles Townsend Copeland, Boylston Professor of Oratory and Rhetoric, emeritus.
