Several students were dropped out of College, and from 25 to 30 men were put on probation for participation in the two riots that were run off at the beginning of the month, it was learned yesterday from reliable University authorities.

Although the customary policy of not releasing any names of students subjected to disciplinary action, it was made clear that the severe action had been taken and would be repeated should there be a recurrence of the outbreaks.

The probation meted out varied all the way from the two month variety to the type that extends from now until June 1938, depending upon the seriousness of the offence.
