Dudley and Lowell both won their games yesterday in the inter-House baseball league, and through a unique situation the winner of the game this afternoon in Briggs Cage between the Bellboys and the Commuters will tie for the championship with the Kirkland team which ended its season Wednesday.
The Communters batted out a 12 to 2 victory over Adams while Lowell was swamping Dunster 9 to 1. Both teams have won five games and lost one. Larry Alexander pitched for the Commuters while Bernie Fisher served behind the plate.
Lowell Starts Fast
Lowell got off to a good start scoring seven runs on eight hits in the first inning. Johnny Fisher hurled for the winners while Rog Kinneout pitched for the Funsters. Lowell got 13 hits in all.
Dudley lost its opening game to Kirkland, 7 to 5, and since then has won five straight games amassing 44 runs to their opponents 19.
