With Coach Frank Vaughan giving same of the less bright Yardling swimming starts a chance to show their stuff, the '41 team overcame M. I. T. here last night by a 53 to 13 score.

The Freshmen held the tankmen from down the Charles to thirds or lasts in seven out of eight events, the Tech men saving face with a first and second in the dive. Wilcox's 1:11.4 in the 100 breastroke and Art Bosworth's 1:05.4 in the 100 backsroke were the best times of the evening. Bosworth, former Exeter captain, was elected last night to be captain of the Yardling team.
