F. Behn Riggs '41 announced today his invention of bubbleless ice. The process involves boiling water and then freezing it in an aluminum container.

In his latest work only a small column of bubbles appeared in the center of the ice. Riggs believes that by covering the ice with oil he can remove this trouble.
