Myrdal to Conclude Godkin Lecture Series Today at 4:00

Will Discuss Conclusions to Which Remedial Principles Lead

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Dr. Gunnar Myrdal concludes the series of Godkin lectures on "The Population Problem and Social Policy" with his second talk on "Remedial Means" at the New Lecture Hall this afternoon at 4 o'clock.

In his Monday lecture the noted Swedish economist discussed several plans for halting the decline in the birth rate. He urged the necessity of four children in every family, insisting that this standard must be reached.

He proposes to discuss the conclusions which these principles will lead to in his address this afternoon. He believes that reduction in births constitutes a danger for the whole civilized world and that remedial proposals are of immediate importance to every-body.
