Before a large crowd massed around Widener's stops and straggling out as far as the Appleton Memorial Chapel, the Glee Club presented its second public open air concert of the spring season.

Gardener Middlebrook '38 conducted the first group on the program with James L. Morrission '38 as soloist, while Ernest Sachs '38 conducted the second half of the program which had David P. MacAlester '38 as its soloist.

As the concluding feature of the evening, the Glee Club again invited the members of the University to join it in singing the College gridiron songs and marches. The President of the Club, Edward L. Barnes '38 directed the throng of would-be Glee Clabbers who ascended the steps of the Library.

This enthusiastic group made up in volume what it lacked in practice and wound up in a blaze of glory on "Fair Harvard which even brought admiring Radcliffites to their feet.
