With no Radeliffe girls in sight, the Cambridge Student Co-operative Society's dining hall will get its formal opening in the basement of Andover Hall today at 12:30 o'clock when the 180 members sit down with their invited guests.
The basement has been all fixed up, with members spending many hours clearing it out and painting the walls. Both Graduate and Undergraduate students have been eligible for membership.
Although tomorrow will be the formal opening, meals were given all last week, with over 140 persons in attendance daily. Luncheon and dinner are served daily except Sunday.
The Dining Hall created a stir when it was first contemplated to have Radcliffe girls cat with Harvard boys--which University officials promptly ruled out.
