Pitchers and Catchers Will Drill For Week in Carey Cage

Nineteen battery candidates answered Coach Floyd Stahl's first call for baseball. The first meeting for the entire squad is scheduled for tonight in the Varsity Club.

Until the full squad turns out for practice next Monday, the pitchers and catchers will work in the Carey Cage. Monday the practices will began in the Briggs Cage.

Those who reported yesterday are: Captain Art Johns, Bob Fulton, Frank Foley, Slim Curtiss, Tom Henley, Lefty Edinbergh, Don Prouty, Dick Galbraithe, Joe Tully, Rick Hedbloom, Carrick Heiskell, Red Davis, Bob Regan, Cliff Helman, Tony Galluccio, Jack Schwede, Charlie Brackett, Ellie Bacon, and John Woodward.
