After announcing the names of the first three Sophomores taken to this year, James J. Pattee '41, president of the Debating Council, made public last night the early fall schedule of the Crimson squad.
Opening the season Monday night, Allan B. Ecker '41 and Langdon P. Marvin '41 will defend "Uncle Frank" against the Princeton anti-third-termers at Passaic, N. J.
The Yale home-and-home series is scheduled for Friday evening, October 25. Payson Wolff '42, Richard Lane '41 and John Tully '42 will talk for the New Deal in New Haven and Eliot Snider '41, James J. Pattee '41, and Arthur Northrup '42 will speak for Willkie at the Boston Harvard Club.
Harold M. Bailin, Curtis Bush, and John W. Sullivan were the first members of the class of '43 to be taken on the Debating Council after trials last night. Keith R. Symon '42 was also selected for a position.
