A special chapel service open to all students in the University will be held at 8:45 o'clock tomorrow, National Registration Day, it was announced last night by John C. Carter '41 and Max D. Gaebler '41, representatives of the Student Christian Movement in Greater Boston.

The service is not designed as "a protest", it was emphasized, but "will be a service of penitence, giving the student a moment to think of the serious nature of the step being taken by his country." The minister will be the Reverend Dr. Palfrey Perkins '05, of King's Chapel, Boston.
