GRAPPLERS FAVORED TO PIN COLUMBIA TO MAT

With two changes in the lineup; the wrestling team is slated to make a fairly decisive win over Columbia, when it competes against the Lions in New York today.

Because he strained a rib, Ray Stone will be unable to wrestic this week, and he will be replaced in the 136 pound class by Harry Blaine, another Sophomore. The most remarkable change, however, is Dick Lewis, who is listed as the 175 pound wrestler. He won a decision over Duncan Longcope during the week in a hard, fast match to earn himself the position on the team.

With the exception in the case of Harry Blaine, who has a good chance of winning, there should not be much difficulty for any of the wrestlers. While Columbia uses a hard, powerful type of wrestling, the fast, aggressive style of the Crimson should do a great deal to make them predominate throughout the roster.

The Columbia outfit pressed the Harvard team hard last year for a 14-13 victory, but there were two substitutes in the lineup. This year with all but one of the first lineup battling, the story should be far different. Add to this the fact that the Lions have not had an impressive showing this season. But they will without question be out for a victory against the Crimson.

Meanwhile, the Yardling grapplers face the Exeter team on the home mats at 2:30 o'clock.
