The built of a practical joke on the part of his Kirkland House co-mates, William C. Hurtt '40 was accused last night of passing a law at a House Committee meeting which declared that no student while in the dining hall could talk with any of the waitresses.
A number of students paraded through the dining hall with an effigy of "Adolph Hurttler, Unser Fushrer" on their shoulders.
