Prospective Journalists of the Freshman and Sophomore classes will have their last opportunity to try out for Crimson news, business, photographic, and editorial boards when the last competitions of the year open tonight at 7:30 o'clock in the Crimson building.
Ushered in with free beer and an open house, the competitions will last not more than six weeks so that candidates will have ample time to study for final examinations.
Posts on the news, business, and photographic boards are open only to Yardlings while the editorial board is restricted to the class of 1942. No experience is required of aspirants to any of the boards.
For the first time the Crimson will hold a competition for cartoonists. It will be open to both Freshman and Sophomores.
