Students wishing to rearrange their programs because of the war will be allowed to drop full courses at midyears and get half credit, subject to approval by the administrative board, it was decided in the meeting of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Tuesday.

The resolution provided "That, beginning in February, 1942, and for the duration of the war, either half of any whole course may be taken for credit by students with the appropriate prerequisites."
