Air Corps Aspirants Meet Monday Evening

Casner To Give Information About Aviation Commissions

Under the auspices of he Army Air Corps, there will be a meeting for all those in any way interested in aviation at 7 o'clock next Monday evening, December 15, at the hasty Pudding Club. The meeting, which was announced through the office of Professor Casner, head of the Student Defense Advisory Service is being held for the special purpose of giving information to students.

The principal feature will be a sound film in technicolor, "Wings of Steel," which depicts the life of a flying cadet from the moment he enrolls until he is awarded his wings and receives his commission. Captain Robert S. Fogg, a U.S. Army flier, will then give a short address on the needs and requirements of the Air Corps, and answer any questions on the subject.

Fogg Veteran Filer

One of New England's pioneer aviators, Captain Fogg served during the Vermont flood in 1939 he established a New England record for continuous flying by delivering mail and supplies in a plane equipped with skills 600 miles daily for two moths.
