Two Crimson Hoopsters, Joe Romano and Ed Buckley, gained honorable mention in the opinion of the coaches of the seven Eastern Intercollegiate teams. At the same time the coaches announced their choices for the first and second all-league combinations.
Gus Broberg, Dartmouth sensation, who led the League in scoring for the third time this year, was unanimously placed on the first team, together with Jim Bennett, Cornell captain Dartmouth placed a pair of men on the first five, while four men from the shores of Cayuga were named to the two teams. On the first quintet were Borberg, Bennett, Hasslinger of Columbia, Carmichael of Princeton, and Pearson of Dartmouth The second team consisted of Jolly, Hunter and Dunbar of Cornell, Cobb of Yale, and Cerrone of Columbia.
Buckley and Romano each received one vote to the first team. Romano placed second in the League scoring with 111 points, while Buckley followed him closely with 110.
