In the first contest of the law clubs over held away from Harvard, two Law School students will argue a "case" in Worcester tonight before Justice James C. Donnelly, of the Massachusetts Superior Court, and two Worcester attorneys, Arthur Houghton and James A. Crotty.
Kappa Delta Kappa, legal fraternity of the Northeastern University Law School, will act as host to the students. Speaking in the competition will be John G. Moskovics of Los Angeles, Jack Fernbach of New York City, Bernard Lisman of Burlington, Vermont, and Edward A. Smith of Worcester. All four are in their second year.
