New regimental colors and company guidons will fly for the Naval Training School according to this morning's Scuttlebutt, as Mrs. Hannah, wife of the school's executive officer makes the presentation in a special ceremony on Monday.
Officer-in-charge, Commander C. A. Macgowan and Regimental Student Officer Commander Ford will accept the flags, which are given on behalf of the student officers and their wives. The guidons will be presented to each company and were made by the wives themselves according to the Scuttlebutt.
Climaxed by regimental parade and review, for the first time complete with colors, the Naval Students will march to the tunes supplied by the Commonwealth Band of the WPA who will come from Boston for the occasion, the Scuttlebutt states.
