14 Bostonians to Take Business Retraining

Fourteen business men from the Boston area have been accepted for the first session of the war industry Retraining Course starting on February 1 at the Business School.

Tuition will be paid by the U. S. Office of Education which is sponsoring the course. The two main aims of the course are to train for war industry men of proven ability between the ages of 35 and 60 who are now in non-essential work; and to give men already in war industries training so that they can assume more responsible positions within their company at the end of the fifteen-week course.

The list of men accepted from this vicinity so far are: Nishan Atamian and Henry R. DeForest, Arlington; Everett W. Clark, Melrose; Louis E. Devolder and Henry L. Johnson, Boston; George Harrison, Newton Centre; Frank V. King, Medford; Richard C. Morrison. Brighton; Martin S. Morton, Cambridge; Melvin H. Parker, Irving L. Wallens, and Raymond Zindle, Brookline; Gerald B. Stratton, E. Haverhill; and Frank W. Weeks, Fitchburg.
