Conrad Explains War Issues In Mediterranean Climates

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In an address relating the climate of the Mediterranean Region to the present war, Dr. V. A. Conrad, Robert DeCiurcy Ward Research Associate in Climatology, discussed before an audience composed mainly of soldiers, sailors and WAVES the weather tendencies which gravely influence fighting taking place on the African battlegrounds.

Also important is the ever-changing climate which makes any predictions hazardous. Dr. Conrad accompanied his lecture with slides of the Mediterranean region.
