Q. M. Communique

Sir William Beveridge has been invited to visit the Business School and address faculty and student body during his American stay. Sir William, as chairman of the British Committee on Reconstruction Problems, is the author of the much discussed "Beveridge Report" on "Social Insurance and Allied Services", considered by many to be the outstanding document of this century in the field of social progress.

The invitation was extended by the Harvard Business School Asociation. As this goes to press no definite word one way or the other has been received by HBSA officials in answer to the invitation.
