Harvard's part in the Fourth War Loan begins today when the PBH War Bond Committee starts its big January drive on the three civilian Houses, Bertram A. Knight, chairman of the committee, announced yesterday. The goal set for the drive is $3,000.

Another objective of the new campaign will be the acquisition of a "Minute Man" flag, signifying 90% participation in the drive. Bonds and stamps will be sold daily in all the Houses, and the various House leaders will stress an inter-House competition angle.

Another PBH project currently on the fire is a play, written by a member of the University, which will be shown to service camps in the Boston area. The title, plot, or form of the play is not yet known, and the actors to appear in it have not yet been selected. The play is under the supervision of Dick Waite, graduate secretary of PBH, and under the personal command of Carlos Ascension.

The play would start in the Harvard district, and might even be connected with rumors currently around the Yard about ASTP shows and a possible NTS drama--both purely Scuttlebutt. The play, as now proposed, will be coupled with a skit and some musical selections by person or persons unknown.
