Karpovich to Speak at HLU; Friedrich Will Talk in May

Michael Karpovich, associate professor of History, will give "A Historian's View of San Francisco" at a forum sponsored by the Harvard Liberal Union and the Radcliffe League for Democracy on Monday evening, in the Lowell House Junior Common Room at 7:30 o'clock.

Early in May, Carl J. Friedrich, professor of Government and director of the School for Overseas Administration, will lead another forum on "Paradoxes of Democracy."
