Fifty foreign students will get the inside story on American elections from a discussion and tour sponsored by the Student Council's International Activities Committee, Roy M. Goodman '51, committee chairman, announced last night.

The program gets under way tomorrow night at 8 p.m. with a discussion on "American Politics in Theory and Practice," led by Dr. Arthur Haas and other members of the Government department. The meeting, open to all students, will be held in the Chapel Room at PBH.

On election day, the Group will visit various polling places, Republican and Democratic campaign headquarters, and the AP's election returns center.

Julie Vielman '49 planned the program and will be in charge. He announced last night that any foreign students not signed up for the tour who wish to go will be able to do so after Friday evening's meeting, at which time final plans will be laid.
