Jerome S. Bruner, associate professor of Scoial Psychology, was named president of the Harvard Teachers Union at its election meeting yesterday afternoon.
Richard M. Goodwin '34, assistant professor of Economics, will be the Union's new vice-president and co-chairman with Bruner. Albert S. Coolidge '15, lecturer on Chemistry, was chosen treasurer and Thomas W. Wilcox, teaching fellow in General Education, secretary.
Young Lee's Chinese restaurant on Boylston st. will be the scene of the next meeting at 1 p.m. January 16.
