Katz Takes Leave for Advisory Post in ECA

The Corporation last week voted an indefinite leave of absence to Milton Katz '27, Byrno Professor of Administrative Law, enabling him to accept an appointment to the staff of ECA. Previously, W. Avorill Harriman, ECA Ambassador, had asked Professor Katz to handle the legal problems of the program.

His immediate task will be arranging bilateral agreements between the United States and the 16 Marshall Plan nations.
