Student owners of Massachusetts registered autos will have to have them inspected during October. Inspections are to be made at Official Inspection Stations, according to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
If the car passes the test, the owner will get a sticker for the lower right band portion of his windshield. Massachusetts cars failing to display such a ticket after November 1 will be ticketed.
